| The area is a popular dining area; the streetscape of the area can be improved through measures including relocation of the on-street motorcycle parking spaces and conversion of about 10 m long carriageway at the northern end of Ashley Road into a small landscaped piazza in the interim period. When circumstances allow, the project area can be extended further south to form a larger piazza in future.
