In January 2011, the Planning Department commissioned Ove Arup & Partners Hong Kong Ltd. to conduct the "Planning Study on Future Land Use at Anderson Road Quarry – Feasibility Study". The overall objective is to examine the future land use of the Anderson Road Quarry and the possible impacts of the proposed development on surrounding areas.
