The Study Area, with a total site area of about 565ha, mainly covers Lau Fau Shan and the coastal areas of Deep Bay, stretching from the Kong Sham Western Highway in the south to Tsim Bei Tsui in the north. Within the Study Area, four Focus Study Areas are identified:
