Study on the Action Plan for the Bay Area of the Pearl River Estuary

Public Forum

Further to the Public Forums held on 29 January and 3 March, Planning Department is arranging another forum to facilitate further discussion on the “Study on the Action Plan for the Bay Area of Pearl River Estuary” (the Study). The details are as follows:

In the forum, Planning Department will give a briefing on the background and preliminary findings of the Study.  Furthermore, two scholars, Prof. Anthony Yeh, Head of the Department of Urban Planning and Design, HKU and Dr. James Wang, Head of the Department of Geography, HKU, have been invited to share their views on “livable Bay Area” from the perspectives of regional planning and traffic and transport planning.  All people are welcome to join the forum and give comments.

The forum will be conducted mainly in Cantonese. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
