Vacation Trainee (Vacation Training Scheme 2026)
General Requirements :
Applicant should -
| (a) | be a permanent resident of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; |
| (b) | be a full-time university student majoring in Urban/Town Planning / Urban Studies; |
| (c) | be familiar with MS Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), artificial intelligence (AI), Chinese typing and general desktop computer operation; |
| (d) | be proficient in using Internet for desktop research; |
| (e) | possess knowledge in statistical techniques and quantitative methods; and |
| (f) | be proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English. |
Duties : To assist in undertaking planning-related tasks, including planning studies and projects, statutory and district planning work.
Place of Work : Offices at North Point, Sha Tin, Tsuen Wan or Kwun Tong.
Internship Period : July to August 2026 (max. 6 weeks)
Allowance : HKD 11,500 per month

| (c) | a copy of the public examination certificates showing the grade of the Chinese and English language achieved; and |
| (d) | a copy of transcripts showing the subjects and examinations taken in the university course. |

Applications which are late, incomplete, not made in the prescribed application form, not submitted by e-mail, or not accompanied by any of the above documents will not be considered.
Where a large number of candidates meet the specified entry requirements, the recruiting department may devise shortlisting criteria to select the better qualified candidates. There would be no selection interview. Duplicated applications will be disqualified. Candidates who are not notified by 31 July 2026 shall assume that their applications are unsuccessful.
