Justifications and planning merits of the development proposal

Preliminary findings of technical assessments/reviews conducted as appropriate or a list of technical assessments to be conducted, with reference to the following list:

A project proponent may seek advice on specific aspects of a development proposal such as assumptions / methodology to be adopted in a technical assessment (e.g. vantage points to be adopted in a visual impact assessment) or land use mix without providing a full development proposal and the key information listed above. Such requests will be treated as general enquiries rather than pre-application enquiries.
