2. Kwu Tung North New Development Area
Geographical Context
The Kwu Tung North (KTN) New
Development Area (NDA) covers about
447 ha of land. It is located to the
northwest of the existing Fanling/Sheung
Shui New Town and to the west of the
Fanling North (FLN) NDA (Figures 17 to
19).
The Area is generally bounded by Shek
Sheung River in the east, Castle Peak
Road and Fanling Highway in the south,
Tit Hang in the west and Tai Shek Mo
(Crest Hill) in the north.
