Traditional industry
Traditional flatted factories are aggregated
in Tsuen Wan East Industrial Area in
Tsuen Wan, along Tai Lin Pai Road and
Tsuen Wan Road in Kwai Chung (Figure
20).
With the change in economic structure in
1980s, there was a drastic change in land
use from industrial to a mix of industrial/
business use in 1990s.
