Partnership Award in The Civil Service Outstanding Service Award
Scheme 2017

The Department, in collaboration with Civil Engineering and Development Department
(CEDD), had been awarded the Bronze Prize under the Partnership Award in the Civil

Service Outstanding Service Award Scheme 2017 in recognition of our outstanding service in
undertaking the Planning and Engineering Study of the Hung Shui Kiu New Development
Area (HSK NDA) which aims to create the next generation new town of Hong Kong.
