The Ombudsman’s Awards 2017 for Public Organisations

With the concerted efforts of our colleagues, the Department received an award under The
Ombudsman’s Awards for Public Organisations for the second time in recognition of our due
diligence to handle enquiries and complaints from the public, our co-operation to provide clear
and comprehensive information to the office of The Ombudsman in response to their inquiries

and investigation; and our continuous efforts in delivering efficient and quality service to the 74
public.
