Designation of four sites for public housing in Area 2

Refined Urban Design for Area 4

With a view to further improving the urban design of Area 4, and respecting the original
planning intention of the OZP for an undulating BH profile at the Runway Area and the
aspirations for more varied BH profile, the BH restrictions of the various sites are increased 60

with the provision of greater separation between buildings for better visual and air permeability.
Besides, to enhance visual permeability, a non-building area of 15 metres is designated in
the middle of the two sites which consist of the longest site frontage (i.e. Sites A1 and A2 in
Figure 11). In general, the revised BH profile is more varied and interesting while still visually
