GIC and Transport Facilities

Various community and social welfare facilities of about 5 000 square metres will be provided
to meet local people’s needs including an integrated children and youth services centre, a
neighbourhood elderly centre, a day care centre for the elderly, an integrated community centre

for the mental wellness and a standard community hall.

A PLB PTI (about 60 bays) and loading/unloading facilities for X-B coaches (about 20 bays)

will be accommodated in the proposed development to relieve traffic congestion problems of the
area through relocating the existing nearby on-street PLB and X-B termini cum stopping points
to the development. About 130 public car parking spaces (including reprovisioning of the

existing open-air pubic car parking spaces at the Site) will also be provided in the development
(Figure 11).
