Barrier-free vertical accesses including lift and escalator systems with aged friendly design will be
provided in the development with connections to the proposed footbridge across Argyle Street,
the elevated landscaped walkways, the podium, the at-grade POS as well as the basement floors
of the future development. All the pedestrian routes within the development are designed to be
barrier-free. Major internal and external pedestrian routes will be open 24 hours to the public
free of charge.
