            Public Consultation

            Local public consultation including questionnaire surveys was conducted to solicit views on

            the development design scheme.  The parties consulted included the Yau Tsim Mong (YTM)
            District Council (DC), Kowloon City DC, Town Planning Board, local community, the trades
            of PLB and X-B coaches and the major stakeholders.  The RDS obtained support from the

            YTM DC.

            Implementation


            Amendments to the draft Mong Kok OZP to rezone the Site to ‘Commercial’ zone have been
            completed.  The government will follow-up the implementation issues including road works

            and site disposal arrangement.
