Tung Chung New Town Extension Focus

Tung Chung New Town Extension (TCNTE) is one of the major sources to increase the
medium to long-term land supply. About 49 400 flats will be provided in the east and west

portions of TCNTE. The total additional population of TCNTE is about 144 000 while the
first population intake of the TCNTE is expected in 2023.

Siu Ho Wan Development

The planned comprehensive residential and commercial development at the Siu Ho Wan
Depot Site served by a new railway station would be home for a new community with about

14 000 residential flats and help meet the medium to long-term housing demand.
