Liveable Hong Kong

Presented with an Impressionism stylisation, the
Liveable Hong Kong exhibition zone featured audio-
visual images showcasing our dynamic city and let

visitors experience what the future would hold across
key aspects of liveability:

z ‘ 家 ’ Housing for All;

z ‘ 遊 ’ Our Green & Blue Space;

z ‘ 水 ’ Managing Our Water Resources;

z ‘ 通 ’ Keeping Hong Kong Moving;

z ‘ 連 ’ Connecting to the World; and

z ‘ 顧 ’ Care & Support for the Community.

The six sets of semi-translucent panels depicting
impressionist-styled photo-paintings and representing
the six aspects of liveability in Hong Kong allowed
43 visitors to take photos in front of and see themselves

standing in an impressionist painting.

Visionary Hong Kong

The Visionary Hong Kong exhibition zone was
presented with a Post-modernism approach and

designed as an infinite path representing the infinite
possibilities of Hong Kong unleashed through planning
and development. Post-modernism was symbolised by
the use of digital technology, new materials and light.
Visionary Hong Kong leveraged light effects to create

an infinite path across the exhibition zone to highlight
the major milestones in the last two decades.
