Together with Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long and Tuen Mun New Towns, the HSK NDA and the Focus
YLS Development will form a major new town development cluster in the western part of the

territory, which will further promote agglomeration of economies and efficiency in facilities,
services and infrastructure provision.

The key development parameters of the HSK NDA and the YLS Development according to the

HSK NDA Revised RODP and the YLS RODP are summarised in the table below.
