Category 1A:	VSP sites on government land (GL) that are available for application for long-term or short-term uses (Total: 49 Sites)
第1A類：	位於政府土地並可供申請作長遠／短期用途（總數：49幅）

 

Category 1B:	VSP sites on government land (GL) that are available for application for short-term uses pending implementation of long-term uses identified (Total: 6 Sites)
第1B類：	位於政府土地並在落實長遠用途前可供申請作短期用途（總數：6幅）

 

Category 2A:	VSP sites on government land (GL) with long-term or short-term uses already implemented (Total: 123 Sites)
第2A類：	位於政府土地並已經用作長遠或短期用途（總數：123幅）

 

Category 2B:	VSP sites on government land (GL)/to-be-surrendered private land (PL) with long-term or short-term uses under consideration / processing (Total: 40 Sites)
第2B類：	位於政府土地或待交還給政府的私人土地並涉正在考慮／處理長遠或短期用途（總數：40幅）

 

Category 2C:	VSP sites currently not suitable or not yet available for use (Total: 1 Site)
第2C類：	現時不適合使用或未能提供使用的空置校舍用地（總數：1幅）

* VSP sites that include a private land portion, where their utilisation generally depends on the private land owners’ initiative, having regard to the applicable uses in statutory planning terms and lease conditions 包含私人土地部分的空置校舍用地，該部分的使用一般由私人土地擁有人經參照適用的法定規劃用途及地契條款而決定

 

 

Notes:

(1)	‘GL’ = Government Land; ‘PL’ = Private Land; and ‘G/IC uses’ = Government, Institution or Community uses
(2)	Information on this webpage reflects the position as at December 2025 and is subject to change.  It should be used for general reference only.  While the Planning Department will update the information during the next review to reflect the change in circumstances, please approach the managing parties direct for the most updated information on the site status.
(3)	The location plans are only for reference for easier identification of site location.  The actual boundary of VSP sites are subject to refinement.  For details of boundaries, please check with the managing parties.
(4)	Not all VSP sites on GL are available for application for short-term uses, as some of them are already deployed for long-term uses, or that applications for long-term or short-term uses are under consideration or processing, etc.  For updated information on the availability of the VSP sites, please approach the managing departments / relevant parties.
(5)	Not all VSP sites on GL under the purview of Lands Department are available for application for short-term uses, Lands Department has published a list of vacant government sites (including VSP) currently available for community, institutional or non-profit making purposes on short-term basis on the GeoInfo Map web page.  Interested non-government organisations or social enterprises may enquire with the relevant District Lands Offices direct before submitting any application.
